S.A.L.T. fitness offers low impact workouts that all types, from young to old, and the weekend warrior to the professional athlete can enjoy, have fun, and build a healthy lifestyle! Each class will focus on the combination of core strengthening while also being designed to improve paddling technique, efficiency, and speed, as well as turning skills, agility, and balance.
Our beginner class is a 60 minute class that focuses on the basics of being on the board while getting a fun workout in!
The next step up, we combine some land based and water workouts.
